Annual billing saves 20% on every plan except Solo
Annual plans are billed once a year at the discounted rate shown on each plan. That includes the home-care plans. Solo is already priced at its floor, so it is billed at the same rate monthly or annually.
Cancellation
Month-to-month or annual subscriptions. No refunds for the current billing period. When you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the period you paid for, then service ends.
Annual subscriptions canceled mid-term retain access through the end of the paid year and are not refunded for unused months.

No. Each trades plan covers a set number of users at one price: Solo covers 1 user at $29 a month, Starter 3 users at $89 a month, Growth 15 users at $199 a month, and Pro 45 users at $449 a month. Hiring inside that limit changes nothing on the bill.
